First brewed 40 years ago right here in Prince George, Canterbury was Canada’s FIRST Dark Mild beer, and almost 40 years to the day, it’s still one of British Columbia’s favorites!
Featuring a smooth, refined taste to compliment it’s bold and rich colour, this PWB classic is a tad sweeter and darker than it’s pale pilsner cousins, but still lighter in colour, texture, and aroma than a darker-style of stout. This balancing act between light and dark puts this classic in a league of its own, so it’s no wonder that it’s reached the 40 year milestone.
To help celebrate 40 years of Canterbury Dark Mild, we’ve made raising a glass of this classic copper colored lager even easier with Canterbury Dark Mild 12’s ON SALE across British Columbia for the month of October.
Save $1.50 off each Canterbury 12 case purchased at BC Liquor Stores and participating private retailers all month long until October 29th, and grab yourself a Canterbury 12 to see what makes this dark delight such a classic, and keep an eye out for Canterbury in the Fall ’22 edition of Taste Magazine, too!
